This Privacy Policy describes how 9ja Expo Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the 9ja Expo Pro mobile application and related services (the "App").

By using the App you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. The information we may handle includes:

• Questions you submit. The prompts and study questions you send to the AI tutor.
• Device & usage data. Basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs and anonymous usage statistics used to keep the App stable.
• Contact information. Only if you choose to email or call us — for example, a support request sent to info9jaexpoai@gmail.com.

We do not knowingly collect government IDs, exam registration numbers, payment details or precise location.

• To generate AI responses to your study questions.
• To improve the quality, accuracy and reliability of the App.
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
• To respond to support enquiries you send us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The App uses third-party AI model providers to generate answers. When you submit a question, the text of that question is sent to the provider so it can produce a response. These providers are contractually required to protect the data they process and do not use your prompts to train their public models without permission.

Please do not include private personal information (such as full names, phone numbers, addresses or financial details) inside your study questions.

Chat history shown in the App is stored on your own device. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transport (HTTPS) — to protect data we receive. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9ja Expo Pro is built for secondary school students preparing for JAMB, WAEC and NECO. If you are under 16, please use the App with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to provide the tutor service.

You may, at any time, request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete information we hold about you.
